Cover Story: Hop in for a Test Run of the Next JMP Release
 

We are currently looking for beta testers for the next version of JMP. If you would like to participate, please complete the application for our Beta Tester Program. The key things we want to know are the following:

• Do you have an Annual License or Single-User License?

• On which operating system do you want to test: Windows, Macintosh, or Linux?

• Any additional information you wish to offer that will help in our evaluation.

DIA Uses JMP for Best Practices Workshop at Annual Meeting

DIA (Drug Information Association) is using JMP in its workshops for Best Practices in Electronic Submissions. This tutorial is designed for all individuals currently developing electronic submissions for human therapeutic pharmaceuticals or planning to do so in the near future. As we get closer to the release of JMP for Linux later this year, you can get your first glimpse of the JMP for Linux Beta at LinuxWorld West, August 4-7, in San Francisco, CA. This will be our last tradeshow presentation before the release. JMP Tip: Creating Column Names When Pasting to a Data Table

Ever need to copy both the column names as well as the cell data from a table or spreadsheet? There's a simple method of doing both with just one command. Copy the complete table to the clipboard, hold down the Option (Mac) or Shift (Windows) key and select Paste. Holding this extra key causes the first line of information in the clipboard to be used as the column names in the new JMP data table.
